1 C raw onion
2 T sesame oil
Nama Shoyu soy sauce to taste (I add this last making sure not to put too much)
1 C chopped carrots
1 C chopped celery
2 C thinly sliced cabbage
1-2 C sliced mushrooms
1/2 C fresh pineapple chopped into small dices
2 cups brown rice cooked (I start the rice cooker while I am chopping veggies.)
Red Pepper flakes, cilantro and agave to taste

Here is how you make Sheree's Vegetable Stir Fry:

First start cooking the rice. Next chop all veggies. Then add 2 T sesame oil to stir fry pan and cook the garlic and onion. Next I rinse the mushrooms then add them to the pan. The bit of water helps them to cook faster. Next I add all the other vegetables for a minute or so. While veggies are still crisp, I add the rice.
