1 cup sliced okra
1 cup whole kernel corn
2 tbs lite soy sauce
2 tbs cornstarch

Here is how you make Summer Vegetable Stir-fry:

Wash and prepare vegetables. Heat oil in a large skillet. Add onion and garlic and cook 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Add carrot and peppers. Continue stirring 5 minutes. Add zucchini, yellow squash, okra and corn, stirring 5 minutes more. In measuring cup, mix cornstarch and soy sauce. Then fill the cup with water and stir.
