2 cups broccoli florets
3 medium carrots, chopped into 1/4 inch circles
2 cups snow peas
1 can mini corn (regular size can), drained
1 can water chestnuts (regular size can - just a little bigger than a tuna can), drained
4 cups bok choy, copped
1 package extra firm tofu cut into 1/2" cubes
1/3 cup hoisin sauce
2 tbsp soya sauce
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp ginger, ground
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 cups bean sprouts

Here is how you make Vegetable and Tofu Stir Fry:

1) Put sesame oil in a big wok over medium heat. Add the broccoli & carrots. Cover and cook for about 8 min. You don't want the veggies soft, just heated through.2) Stir in the snow peas, mini corn & water chestnuts. You shoud have enough liquid in the wok from the sweat of the other veggies, but if it's a little dry add the soya sauce at this point. Cover and cook again for around another 7 minutes.3) Add the rest of the ingredients accept the bean sprouts. Continue to cook for another 10-15 minutes uncovered.
