Here is how you make Vegetable Tofu Stir Fry:

Drain excess water from tofu and cut into cubes. Heat oil in pan. Stir fry tofu until lightly browned. Meanwhile whisk soy sauce, hoisin sauce and marmalade together in a small bowl. Set aside. Add the rest of the ingrediants to the pan and stir-fry until tender adding the spinach at the last minute. Add soy sauce mixture, cover ands simmer a few minutes, Serve over brown rice.
