*1 c. Onion, yellow or white, diced
*.5 c. Spice Islands Black Peppercorn Grinder
*2.5 tsp Spice Island roasted garlic, sea salt and parsley blend grinder
*.25 c. Hormel Bacon Crumbles
*.5 Unsalted Butter

Here is how you make Dijon Tilapia w/ Sauteed Vegetable Medley:

makes 8 servings1. Place cracker crumbs into large bowl for dipping;set aside2. Combine flour, salt and peeper in resealable platic bag. Whisk egg, mustard and sugar in small shallow dish for dipping. Add parsley flakes to cracker crumbs. Line up bag and bowls in the following order; flour mixture and cracker crumbs.3. Add one tilapia filllet to flour mixture in the bag and shake to coat evenly.4.Dip the fillet to flour mixture in the bag and shake to coat evenly.5. Heat olive oil in skillet over skillet over medium heat. Add fillets and cook approximately 3-4 minutes on each side.6.Serve immediately.7.Heat usalted butter in skillet over medium low heat.8.Add onions and saute until tender, approximately 2 mins.9.Add pepper, garlic salt parsley blend and vegetables.
