Add broccoli when red peppers begin to get soft. After broccoli has gotten a little color add the rest of the vegetables (except the cabbage). Add a small amount of water (less than 1/4 cup) and cover to allow veggies to steam. I would say 2-3 mins later uncover and stir in noodles while adding the Soy Vay sauce.* After all is covered by the sauce add in tofu w/ sauce and mix in well. You may want to cover for a few moments in order to heat the tofu through. Once all is heated through, turn off the heat and add shredded cabbage at the end mixing thorougly. Serve and top with sesame seeds (if desired).* I recommend thinning out the Soy Vay Hoisin sauce with Soy sauce and if you like spicy I would add some red pepper paste.Serving Size: Makes 4 bowlsNumber of Servings: 4Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user FILMBELLA.What's The Nutritional Info For Vegetable Yakisoba w/ Tofu? The nutritional information for Vegetable Yakisoba w/ Tofu is:
