Drain and keep aside.* Heat oil and butter in a pan add bay leaf, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, star anise, ginger paste and a little water.*Saute for two minutes then add green chillies, red chili powder, coriander powder and cumin powder.*Sauté well.
