Finely chop the onions, add oil to a pan over a medium heat, fry onions until soft and lightly brown.Add the tomato puree and mix well.Then add the frozen cauliflower and broccoli mix and stir fry until partly defrosted.Reduce heat and add the passata, simmer for approx 20 to 25 minutes.
