1/2 C diced green pepper/yellow pepper
1/2 C salsa
1/4 C fat free shredded cheddar


How Do I Make Veggie quesdilla?

Here is how you make Veggie quesdilla:

Cut veggies into bite size pieces. Saute veggies and salsa for about 2 minutes, stirring frequently. Spray frying pan with non-stick spray. Place tortilla in pan and turn flame on med. Put veggie mixture on half of tortilla, sprinkle cheese on top of veggie mixture. Fold tortilla in half. With spatula press down on folded tortilla. Cook for about 4 minutes. Carefully flip tortilla over. Press down on other side for another 2 to 3 minutes. Slide quesdilla onto plate and cut in half, then cut each half in half making 4 small triangles.
