Saute onions and garlic in olive oil. Cook lentils as directed on package. Add mushrooms, bread and cooked lentils into food processor and pulse until mushrooms are chopped and ingredients are combined. In a large bowl combine mushroom/lentil/bread mixture with onions, garlic, dijon mustard and egg until well mixed.
