Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix eggs and Egg Beaters together in large bowl. Cook onion, green and red peppers in skillet until soft. Add zucchini in last two minutes. When veggies are thoroughly cooked, add beans, green chiles and seasoning. Stir until well blended. Shred cheese on top of mixture and then pour eggs into skillet.
