Here is how you make Veggie Omelet:

combine egg and eggs whites liquid in a bowl and beat until fully blended. Chop all veggies and place on a pan heating on med low for about 5 min. Meanwhile spray a flat surface pan with nonstick spray and heat on medium heat, pour half of egg mixture on each end, spread evenly and cover for about 2 minutes. Remove cover and pour cheese.
