Olive Oil 1 Egg How Do I Make Morgan's Veggie Patties?Here is how you make Morgan's Veggie Patties: In a medium saute pan over medium heat, add 1 oz of olive oil or spray pan with spray oil (less fat). Add all raw vegetable except beans. Saute until transllucent. Remove and cool.Add veggies to beans and mix thouroughly. Add all dry ingredients along with the egg.
