5 tsp quick rise yeast
2 T. honey
2 tsp salt (optional)
2 tsp crumbled dried rosemary

Toppings:
1.5 cups marinara (1/2 cup per pizza)
2 cups chopped spinach
2/3 can pineapple tidbits, drained
1/2 cup mushrooms, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
50 cherry tomatoes, sliced
3 oz crumbled light feta
4 oz finely shredded mozzarella (shredding finely will make it go further and seem like more cheese)

Here is how you make Lite Deluxe Veggie Pizza:

Crust:Combine water, yeast and honey, stir with fork, let sit 10 min. Knead into flour and salt, with electric mixer or by hand, until dough consistency forms. Optionally, let rise 1 hr or till doubled. Break dough into 2-3 pieces. Make 1 crust out of each piece. Bake crust at 425deg F for 5-9 min (depends on pizza pan used).Toppings: After crust is cooked and a bit cooled, add toppings, starting with marinara and then spinach. End with cheese. This brings out the flavor of the cheese, with a good base of spinach/veggies (makes it seem like more cheese vs. veggies). Bake for 6-10 min at 325deg F. Slice and serve.
