3/4 tsp salt
1 sachet/1 tbsp dry active yeast
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp honey
175ml warm water

1/2 tsp olive oil
1 tbsp finely chopped onion
200g chopped tinned tomatoes (1/2 tin)
50g tomato puree (1 heaped tbsp)
black pepper

dried oregano
80g sweetcorn (1/2 small tin)
100g green pepper (1 medium)
80g mushrooms (4 medium)
150g grated mozzarella

Here is how you make Nome's Whole Wheat Veggie Pizza:

Mix flour, salt and yeast together.Dissolve honey in water and add. Also add oil. Mix with a spoon until completely combined, then cover with a cloth and put in a warm place to rise for at least ten mins while you make the sauce.Fry onion gently in oil until soft. Add tinned tomatoes and tomato puree. Season with black pepper and simmer gently for a few minutes. Use a wand blender or put the sauce in a food processor to puree until smooth (optional).Knock back pizza dough. Grease and flour a pizza tray.Maybe it's just me, but I find this dough too light and sticky to roll out - it's better to just press it out into your tray, keeping your hands well floured.Spread the sauce over your pizza base. Sprinkle with dried herbs and scatter with sweetcorn.
