Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Lightly brown pine nuts in oven and remove to cool.Place plain Tortilla in oven until firm (about x minutes).Remove tortilla and spread pesto and garlic over one side.Place tortilla in oven again, until a bit firmer (about x minutes).Remove tortilla and add tomato sauce, sundried tomatoes, bell peppers, spinach and gorgonzola.Press all ingredients into the tortilla crust, and place loaded tortilla into oven.
