Here is how you make Mom's real veggie quiche:

Blend / puree spinach. Celery, red bell pepper. Drain as much liquid as possible. Blend/puree rest of veggies. Mix in pepper and onion powder. Mix in cheese and everything. Put in 1 1/2 inch thick pan by 12-18 inches long. Fill pan half full. Not sure how many pans you need. You can also add bacon bits (real or simulated). Preheat oven to 350 degree cook for 20 min.
