Saute onions in olive oil until tender, add chopped carrots, chopped potato and minced garlic. Add liquid from canned tomatoes, cumin, cinnamon and salt. Simmer until tender. Add remaining tomatoes simmer until heated through. Add chopped bell peppers, zucchini and chickpeas simmer until zucchini is soft and chickpeas heated through.
