Here is how you make Veggie Tofu Stew:

Cut the tofu into cubes and fry in a little sunflower oil until brown. Dump in pot.Chop one onion and saute until soft in whatever oil is left. Dump in pot.Make up one cup of veggie stock (add cube to boiling water). If you want, use an extra cube. Dump in pot.Open can of peas. Dump in pot.Chop carrots and potatoes up (leave skin on spuds, if possible). Dump in pot.Chop onions into 1" sections. Dump in pot.Salt and herbs to taste. Dump in pot.Add water to cover everything and heat. When boiling cover and turn heat to minimum ("A boiled stew is a spoiled stew"). Simmer for an hour.
