2 cups Best of the Egg Substitute
6 tbsp of nonfat milk
4 tbsp of parmesean cheese
2 tsp dried basil
1/2 cup to 1 cup chopped broccoli

Here is how you make Frittata - Veggie Sausage, Broccoli, Tomato, and Basil:

Preheat oven to 350 and use nonstick cooking spray in an 8x8 baking dish. Cook frozen sausage patties (I like to do it in the toaster oven so they get crunchy) and heat up frozen broccoli. Chop cooked sausage patties. Let cool. In a medium mixing bowl combine egg substitute, tomatoes, milk, parmesean cheese, and basil. Mix well.Combine egg mixture with cooled chopped sausage patties and chopped broccoli. Pour into baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool. Makes six 3.5 inch x 2.25 inch servings which are 1.25 inch thick. Use a bigger pan and you can have more servings of a smaller size.
