In a bowl mix avocado, lime juice, mayo and hot sauce. Set aside. Cut up bell pepper and onion. Wash spinach. Get tortillas and spread each one with the avocado mixture. Then put spinach, cheese, bell pepper, and onion down the center of each tortilla. Roll each up tightly and enjoy. Makes 2 servings.
