1/2 tsp italian seasoning
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 tbsp butter

4 slice Turkey Bacon
8 gram Gorgonzola, crumbled
6 spears Asparagus
10 fresh Mushrooms, sliced
2 cup Spinach, fresh

You can use 1 10-inch cast iron skilled or 2-8 inch ones. If you use the two 8" ones, cut your baking time to 15 minutes.1. Put skillet(s) on middle rack of oven and preheat oven to 450°F.2. Beat eggs with an electric mixer at high speed until pale and frothy, then beat in milk, flour, italian seasoning, and salt and continue to beat until smooth, about 1 minute more (batter will be thin).3. Add butter to hot skillet(s) and melt, swirling to coat. Add batter and immediately return skillet(s) to oven. Bake until puffed and golden-brown, 18 to 25 minutes. (15 if using 2 smaller skillets). Note that this will not puff up a great deal due to the whole wheat flour.4. Sautee turkey bacon, gorgonzola, asparagus, mushrooms & spinach in olive oil until tender while the pastry is baking.5.
