Here is how you make Whole Grain Waffles:

Heat your waffle iron. Soak the ground flax in the water. Beat eggs until fluffy, add butter applesauce and milk. Add all the dry ingredients. Mix slightly then add the ground flax/water. Mix until no dry spots remain.Pour about 2/3 cup of batter on hot waffle iron. Close iron and cook until done.
