I took the recipe that I grew up on, that contained enriched, bleached wheat flour, and exchanged that ingredient for healthier flours and added walnuts. I also forgot to add the oil, but I really enjoyed the waffles without it. Any flour, milk, or nuts may be substituted for the ingredients I used.
