1. Pour soymilk into a crockpot. Heat until milk reaches 180F (around 1 1/2 - 2 hrs). Be careful not to boil the milk. 2. Ladle hot milk into a wide mouth quart mason jar. Lightly cover with a mason jar freezer lid while cooling. Allow milk to cool between 108-112F. To speed the cooling process place jar in ice water. Stir milk to get an accurate temperature reading. 3. Whisk starter into cooled milk. Make sure starter is completely dissolved and blended evenly. 4. Screw lid on jar and place inside yogurt maker. Add warm water to about an inch below the top of the yogurt maker. 5. Cover with lid and plug into a wall socket. 6. Incubate for 5 hrs. 7.
