Prepare quinoa with broth according to package directions. Cook about 15 minutes, or until liquid is absorbed. Set aside.In a large skillet, heat olive oil over moderate heat. Saute onion until golden, stirring occasionally, about 6 minutes. Add garlic, and saute until fragrent, about 1 minute.
