Here is how you make Zucchini Boats:

Slice the zucchini in half lengthwise and scoop out pulp. Chop the pulp and set aside for now. Brown the onion in oil, add the tofu or tvp, chopped zucchini pulp, oregano, yeast flakes, and garlic salt. Pour tomato sauce in a 9 by 11 pan and place zucchini boats on top, and fill ythe boats with the topping. Cover with foil and bake at 375 for 30 minutes, then remove foil and bake another 15 minutes.
