Non Stick Aluminum foil - the eggs will glue themselves firmly to the regular variety. You could always put oil on it first or spray it with cooking spray if you wanted though. I simply find that non-stick produces the most desirable product.h

Here is how you make Baked Zucchini Egg Slices:

Preheat the Oven to 350Cover the cookie sheets with the non stick foilSlice the Zucchini in slices about 1/8 -1/4 inch thick - you don't have to be preciseWhisk the eggs, yokes, whites and all in a small bowl (cereal bowl works best) until they are completely scrambled.Individually dip each slice of zucchini into the whisked eggs, coating it thoroughly then place them on the foil close enough to touch but not over lap.Place in oven and bake for 30 minutes (more or less to taste)for a more crunchy product turn the chips over at this stage and back for up to an additional 30 minutes - checking every 10.Note - the pieces will stick to each other but, if you used non stick foil or sprayed your foil, not to each other. If you used regular foil and forgot to spray it they will be hopelessly cemented to it.For variation try sprinkling bread crumbs, crushed nuts or anything you can think of over the top of them just before you put them in the oven.
