1 package 16 oz dry pinto beans or 3 cans of beans
1 Med Onion - CHOPPED
1 Med green pepper - chopped
1 Med red pepper - chopped
1 can corn - drained
Dressing:
1/4 C ketchup
1/4 C cider vinegar
1/4 C olive oil
3 T brown sugar
1 T Worcestershire sauce
1 T chili powder
5 t dijon mustard
1 t ground cumin
1 t salt
1/4 t pepper


How Do I Make BBQ Bean Saladfd?

Here is how you make BBQ Bean Saladfd:

Toss beans, onion, peppers and corn. Mix rest of ingredients in sauce pan and simmer for 10 minutes. Pour over bean mixture and mix well. Cover and chill. Serving size 1/2 cup. Add salt and pepper to taste. You can use 1 16 oz package of dried beans if you prefer. Boil beans for 2 mins. remove from heat and let stand for one hour.
