6 tbls quick oats? cup milk? medium onion diced? cup bell pepper diced1 egg beaten1 tsp Worcestershire sauce? cup ketchup? tsp salt4 oz to 8 oz tomato sauce1 lb ground turkeyDirectionsPreheat oven to 350 degrees F.In a small bowl, stir together the oats and milk. In a large bowl combine the turkey with the oats mixtue, onion, bell peppers, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, salt and add a few grinds of pepper.
