1/3 large Yellow Pepper, chopped
1/2 Med Red Onion, chopped
1 14.5 oz can Black Beans, drained and rinsed
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1/4 cup Lime juice
2 tbsp Olive oil
2 tbsp Rice wine Vinegar
1 tbsp Cilantro

Here is how you make Corn and Black Bean Salsa:

Wrap corn in aluminum foil (you may rub with a little olive oil but be sure to increase calorie and fat count in recipe)Roast corn on grill for 15-20min on medium heat.
