Place in a pan with enough water to cover noodle; bring to a boil and allow to boil for approx. 5 minutes. Drain, set aside.In a pan or wok, stir fry seitan in 1/2 TB oil until browned. Add broth, tamari, ginger juice and black bean garlic sauce. Add noodles and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring well.
