In a big pot add the sausages, the garlic cloves and the potato cubes. Add water to cover and boil in slow until potatos are soft. Remove the sausages and mash the potatos and the garlic in the water that is left, to make a potato soup. Roll the collard green's leaves all together and then slice them very thinly and add to pot. Slice the sausages and add to pot as well. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
