Here is how you make Overnight Homemade Bread:

Mix yeast and 1/4 cup warm water. Mix in remaining ingredients. Put wax paper on top of bowl and a wet dishcloth on top of it. Let set in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning, remove wet cloth and replace with a dry cloth. Set bowl on top of the stove (preheated to 170 degrees). Let rise 3 hours. Divide dough into two equal portions and roll out. Spray two baking pans. Roll each dough portion out and roll up into loaf shape. Let rise for another 1.5 hours.
