Mine said it was at about 400 degrees.While the pizza is baking, slice 2 slices of reduced fat provolone cheese into thin strips. When the pizza is just about as crisp as you like spread the provolone on top and close the grill. Bake until the cheese is melted. You can turn off your grill here and let the residual heat melt the cheese.This made a nice big serving for one.
