In a seprate bowl wisk together remaining flour and potato flakes, salt, and yeast, set aside till first mixture is cooled. Before combining two mixes add oil and applesauce to the dry mixture and then combine both together and knead till smooth. Place in oiled (I used the spray) bowl and let rest about an hour. Divide dough into 9 3oz. balls and you can use right away or let rise another 30 min. Roll each ball into about 7-8 in circles and dry fry for about 1 -1.5 min on each side. serve right away or seal in air tight containers.
