Recipe makes 12 servings Slice each bagel in half. Pre-cook the bacon, chop it up and add it to the eggs. Pour into greased muffin tins to make 12 egg "patties". Add 1 TBSP. cheese to each patty. Bake at 400F for 12 minute; On the bottom half of the bagel place cooked egg. Complete sandwich with top of bagel. Allow to cool slightly, then wrap in plastic wrap individually and place in a large labled ziploc bag and freeze.To serve, remove 1 bagel sanwich from bag, and remove wrapping.
