Here is how you make HealthierJo's Breakfast Burrito:

Cook bacon in non-stick fry pan until crisp. Remove from pan and drain grease. Add hash browns and onion to pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper if desired. When potatoes are done to desired consistency, slide them over to one side of the fry pan. Mix egg substitute and milk in a bowl. Pour into fry pan, tipped slightly, so egg mixture doesn't ooze into hash browns. Cook until done.Heat tortilla for 15-20 seconds in the microwave.
