Here is how you make Warm Carrot Slaw:

Put shredded carrot in small skillet over medium heat, add a dash of salt if desired. Add a little water to the bottom of the skillet. Add olivio, peanut butter, soy sauce, stirring to allow peanut butter to melt. Add cajun seasoning to taste. Let simmer for a few minutes, until carrot is cooked and sauce is thickened.
