Makes 30 AppetizersPreheat over to 350 degrees.In a medium bowl with a hand mixer or stand mixer, blend all ingredients (except shells) until smooth & creamy. There may be a few lumps of blue chesse, this is OK. Place shells into a mini muffin tin or on baking sheet. Using a tablespoon scoop fill each shell making sure not to dribble.Bake in the preheated oven for 12-14 minutes.The middle of the bites will bubble slightly & may even appear to burst a little.
