Preheat oven to 400.Steam cauliflower until tender. heat chicken broth until just boiling. Remove from heat. Using a whisk, mash cauliflower into the broth. Set aside.Cook pasta ( before cooked it should be about 2 cups. Yield will be 4 cups). Put pasta into a prepared baking dish. Using a medium sauce pan, blend sour cream, cheeses, milk and pepper until well melted. Add in cauliflower blend. Pour over pasta and stir. Sprinkle bacon bits throughout.
