1 Tbsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp ground mustard

Here is how you make Blue Cheese Crackers:

1. Let butter and blue cheese come to room temp2. Using a food processor or mixer, blend cheese and butter until smooth(-ish). Mine was kind of crumbly, but that's ok because...3. Add flour and spices. Mix until you have crumbles about the size of peas.4. Mix in egg yolk until the dough is JUST BARELY wet. You do NOT want a wet batter. Think shortbread.5. Form dough into logs about 1-1.5" in diameter.6. Wrap in cling wrap (or a ziptop bag) and chill for at least an hour.7. Preheat oven to 375.8. Slice logs into 1/4" think rounds and place on baking sheet.9. Bake for about 10 minutes. Time really depends on how crispy and brown you want them (and how hot your oven runs). Keep an eye on them because it doesn't take long to go too far.Serving Size:?makes 40 crackers
