Here is how you make Less Fat Cheese Ball:

Put cream cheese, old english cheddar cheese spread and green onions in a small mixing bowl. "Fold" cheeses together (do not mix vigorously or cheese ball will be too creamy and not form a good ball). As you are folding, add garlic salt a little at a time to get it mixed in well. Form ball and set in refrigerator for 1/2 hour or longer to firm up.Meanwhile, finely chop walnuts on cutting board. After cheese ball has firmed up in refrigerator, then roll in chopped walnuts to coat outside. Serve with crackers or veggies of your choice.
