2 2 oz pkgs wafer/chipped ham
2 tsps worcestershire sauce
1/2 or slightly less than 1/2 tsp accent flavor
1 bunch green onions


How Do I Make Rick's Famous Cheese Ball?

Here is how you make Rick's Famous Cheese Ball:

Allow cream cheese to soften and then add half of worcestershire sauce and half of accent and mix well, then add remaining sauce and accent and mix well. Due to size of onions, this is a judgement call. Usually 2/3 of a bunch of onions is sufficient. Trim off top ends of onions, cut off lower onion bulbs high enough to just have the green stem. Wash thoroughly and finely chop onions. Save back a small amount to garnish cheese ball. Add chopped onions and ham and mix. Form into ball and place on plate and add garnish. Cover and refrigerate.
