Here is how you make Light Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Tear stems off of the mushrooms and place in a bowl. Chop of stems. In pan melt Smart Balance. Add onions and stems. Saute until golden and mushrooms cooked. Pour pan mixture in bowl and add cream cheese, beat until smooth. Fill mushroom caps with cream cheese mixture. Put on baking pan/cookie sheet. Spray with Pam or spray butter each mushroom after filled. Add chopped up cheese on top. Cook for 10- 15 minutes.
