3 cup chicken broth or bouillon
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup heavy whipping cream, fluid
1 lb bacon, crispy and chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder

Heat slow cooker on low, add garlic, shallot, leek, celery, mushrooms, onions, 2 Tbs. butter, 1 cup chicken stock, and salt and pepper. Cover, and cook vegetables on low for 1 hour.
