Garlic, minced, jar, great value, 1 tsp/1 clove, 6 tsp
Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded, 2 cup
Olive Oil (2 Tbsp)
1/2 TBSP White Pepper
Oregeno and Cumin to taste if desired

Here is how you make Busy Mom's White Chicken Chili:

Sautee onions, garlic, and white pepper in olive oil. Take a pre-cooked rotisserie chicken and shred some meat (leave out the skin) - I used about 3 cups for this big pot since I was serving so many people. Add it to the onions and garlic. Add beans, broth, and green chilis and mix together (simmer or cook on low in a crock pot for a couple hours to warm). About 30 minutes before serving, add the cheese and use extra cheese to garnish, if desired. You can also use a bit of cumin and oregeno, to taste. This made about 16-18 cups of soup in a huge crockpot.
