Here is how you make Chicken and Dumplings:

Cook chicken in skillet until juice runs clear. Chop and set aside. Combine egg and flour in bowl to make dough. Dough be smooth to the touch. If it is sticky, add more flour. If it is crumbly and dry, add more egg. Boil broth while making the dough. Roll out dough until it is a quarter inch thick. Roll into a burrito like shape and cut slices. Unroll slices and slice into same shape pieces. Drop pieces into boiling broth, but never in the same spot. Continue dropping until all pieces have been added. Reduce heat to simmer and add chicken.
