1 T. olive oil
1 C. cooked chicken breast, diced
1 C. cherry Tomatoes, halved
1/2 C. red or yellow bell pepper, cut in thin strips
1 C. Feta Cheese, crumbled
1 C. mozzarella cheese, shredded
8 leaves fresh Basil
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1 T. olive oil

Crust: Mix dry ingredients in large bowl; make well in middle. Add oil and water; mix together with wooden spoon until dough forms. Transfer into clean bowl, lightly sprayed cooking spray. Cover with with towel and let rise for 30 min. Preheat oven to 400. Punch down dough and transfer to lightly floured surface mold into ball and roll out to 14" pie. place on lightly greased pizza pan. Brush top lightly with olive oil and pre-bake for 5-7 min.Topping: While dough is rising cut up chicken and veggies. Once crust is pre-baked spread toppings around evenly ending with cheeses.
