Here is how you make Honey Cilantro Lime Chicken Salad:

- Place chicken in pot with water and salt. Bring to a boil then reduce to medium high heat. Cooking time will vary depending on thickness of chicken breast but will generally take 15-20 minutes to cook.- While chicken is cooking place yogurt into a large mixing bowl. Add juice from one lime and honey. - Chop onion and cilantro to desired consistency and add to the bowl with yogurt and honey. - Take fruit from 1/2 of a medium sized avocado and mash. Add to yogurt mixture. - Stir yogurt mixture very well trying to incorporate all the flavors while continuing to break down the avocado. Add salt and pepper to taste. - Cover yogurt mixture and set in refrigerator. - Once chicken is done, remove from pot and allow to cool in the refrigerator. - Once chicken is cool, either chop into small cubes or shred depending on your desired consistency.
